Giuseppe Bunone

Giuseppe Bunone is the Country Director of the Novavax Italy commercial hub. He joined the company in 2022 bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in vaccines. Prior to joining Novavax, Giuseppe covered different roles in marketing and commercial division for Sanofi Pasteur, Wyeth and Pfizer, where he covered the position of west Europe cluster lead for vaccines. Giuseppe successfully launched many important blockbuster vaccines in Italy and Europe.

With a degree in Biology, a Ph.D. in Genetics and a Master in Pharmaceutical Market, Giuseppe started his career as a researcher working at several universities, including Pavia, Geneve and Milan in the cancer research field.
